I have a home daycare but do not have a license. Can I deduct some of my business expenses or are those only for the ones that have a license?

Yes, you can deduct your business expenses as well as include the income from the daycare on your tax return.  It is not only for those that have a license, anyone with a business and income must file a tax return.  To learn more about what you can claim please read Expenses For Home Day Care.  Also, to see IRS information on the use of your home for daycare please read Business Use Of Home - Daycare Providers.
