I have a daily commute of 130 miles to my job. I had to buy the car to get to work. Can I write off any part of the car as a business expense?

I do not use the vehicle for work, just to get to and from. I also had to get snow tires.

No.  Commuting expenses are not deductible, regardless of the distance.  And you can't deduct expenses for a non-business vehicle.
