I have a 1099-SA form from an HSA that i forgot i had from the previous year. The distribution was $367. Is it a problem that i forgot to add it?

It is not a big problem, but you should amend, but do not rush this.  It won't cause a delay and it is better to deal with it after your return has been settled.  Please see David's answer below:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5098747
