I have 2 lines on my W2 under #14. One is MAPFL and the other is MAPML how do I categorize them when there is only 1 Paid Medical Leave the drop down menu.

You can choose Paid Medical Leave.  Your state designates Paid Family Leave and Paid Medical Leave separately, but they are treated as Paid Medical Leave for tax purposes.
