I had my reg home owners ins and then my hazard ins. but my ins. company only put the reg ins amt in the box on my 1098, the hazard ins is on the second page, help

i dont know where to put the amount on my tax forms.

Assuming you are talking about your personal residence, you do not put them on your tax return.   Your regular homeowner's insurance and hazard insurance are not deductible.   You can only deduct the interest, possible private mortgage insurance, and property taxes.
