I had cobra but my job paid for it out of severance

You can still deduct the COBRA premiums as a medical expense as long as it was not pre-tax dollars.  You can check your paperwork to be sure.

Where do I find how much the premiums were?

If you don't have the amount of the COBRA payments, I suggest you contact your former employer.
