I had asked this question recently but didn't get a response, I have a time-share, there is a annual payment, how do I deduct this payment?

I have taking a deduction on this payment for sometime.

If this is an annual maintenance fee, it's not deductible, unless you are renting the time share and reporting rental income. in which case it may be a rental expense.  As your personal residence, the fee is not deductible unless it includes mortgage interest for your purchase of the time share.
