I entered the incorrect new vehicle sales tax amount and I can not get to the section that asks me if I purchased a car under sales tax.

You can get back to the entry for your new vehicle sales tax if you choose Easy Guide to enter your sales tax. see the screenshot below. Then choose to Edit the places where you lived, and continue to the screen Major Purchases. Say yes, and change your sales tax information.
