I entered 0 dependent care but form asks for information regarding care center address and tax number, how do I file without this

If you do not have any child and dependent care expenses, you'll need to delete form 2441 from your tax return.

To delete it, please follow these steps:

1. In TurboTax Online, open your return
2. In the left-hand column, locate Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow then click on Tools
3. On the Tools Center  page, click on Delete a form 
4. A list of forms will appear. Locate form 2441 and click Delete next to it.
5. On the next screen, click Delete Form
