I drive for uber and lyft as well as used my vehicle for real estate. Do I enter the vehicle twice under different schedule Cs with the same info (except mileage usage)?

Yes, you'll enter the vehicle information for both schedule Cs and apportion the business mileage for each business since it was used for both.
