I don't have a vehicle and it won't let me efile until I answer questions for a tax credit that does not apply to my situation, can I skip the tax credit and still file?

Colorado taxpayers are eligible for a state tax credit of $5,000 for the purchase or lease of a new EV on or after July 1, 2023 with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) up to $80,000.

If that does not apply to you, delete the form. 

1. Sign in to TurboTax and open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off.
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to the form, schedule, and worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
