The message about having an HSA may be coming from an entry that you made during the interview.  If you have a form 5498 or 5498 SA, then your employer has indicated that you do have an HSA.

If not, please take a look at box 12 on your W-2.  If it has CODE W there, then your employer has reported an HSA.

Code W stands for Employer contributions (including amounts the employee elected to contribute using a Section 125 cafeteria plan) to your health savings account (HSA).

If none of the above apply to your return, then please search for HSA in the search box and Jump to HSA.  Review all of the questions very carefully.
