If you have the CD/download TurboTax version, you might try going into Forms mode (upper right) and deleting form 2441 (and the Explanation STMT below it, if one).
If you have an Online return, then Click on Tax Tools then Tools on the left, then in the center, Delete a Form. Go and delete the 2441.
NOTE, there are certain entries that will force the 2441, like an entry in box 10 of your W-2, so look to make sure it went away.
