I clearly qualify for EIC but it says I do not.

I made between 15-20 thousand between 35,000-40,00.00 in unemployment.  Unemployment does not count.  I have 2  dependents,and rollback to 2019 I made between 35,000-40,00.00 again qualifying for EIC. Why won't it give me the EIC credit?

Unemployment does not count as earned income but it does count as income in order to calculate whether or not you qualify for the EITC.  Unfortunately, based on the numbers you've provided and due to your unemployment compensation, you probably do not qualify.
