I cant enter college tuition. It tells me it has been entered before. It shows 0 for tuition.

Try deleting the form and trying again. Maybe log out of the program and restart your computer. Clear cache and cookies.

 

To Delete a Form

Open your return in TurboTax. 

In the left side bar, select Tax Tools> Tools.

In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.

Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet and follow the onscreen instructions
