I cannot import data from It's Deductible. I get the following error:ItsDeductible is Unavailable. Unfortunately, we were unable to import your data from ItsDeductible

I did find an answer that said to limit password to certain special characters, but changing those characters in my password did not solve the problem.

Nope...the actual import process not operational right now.

Come back in a few weeks.

Or try again every Friday, since software updates usually occur sometime during Thursdays.

The actual Schedule A that the total charity data goes into is not "scheduled" to be ready until after 20 January.

It's the 21st and I'm still seeing the same error message: "ItsDeductible is Unavailable. Unfortunately, we were unable to import your data from ItsDeductible. It appears that ItsDeductible is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Any ideas when this import process will be available for 2021 taxes?

@heatherfeather315

No idea when....a comment this morning in another post, from a TTX rep, indicated that they are working diligently on it.

We are aware of this specific issue and anticipate a resolution in the next coming week @heatherfeather315 .

If this doesn't work or you selected Deny, remove Intuit session tokens stored in the Keychain.

Navigate to /Applications/Utilities directory and launch the Keychain Access application. Type intuit id in the search box located at top right corner.

If you notice any search results for Intuit ID and Kind as application password, delete them.

Check this also:

In Finder, select the Go menu at top and then select Go to Folder.... Type ~/Library/Application Support and select Go. Select the TurboTax * 20XX directory and delete AuthorizationClientContext.plist, if present.

I shut down TurboTax and brought back up, but the suggestion I received was to reboot, shutting down worked for me.

Restart (if necessary) your computer and try importing again from ItsDeductible in TurboTax.
