I can't seem to make a new donation. When I input the information, it's gone when I go to add more items. Help please.

There have been many complaints about the new version of It's Deductible. TurboTax is making improvements but no date has been provided for when they will be available. In the meantime you can revert back to the classic version.

If you want to get back to the classic version of It's Deductible to make entries, 

Click this link: https://itsdeductibleonline.intuit.com/Logout.htm

The page will show that you are logged out. At the top of the page is a small sign-in button.

Click sign-in and use your ItsDeductible login credentials to get access to the classic version of your account. 

You may need to log out of the new version before you log in to the classic version.

Bookmark the page for future use. 

I was having the same issues, I tried using Internet Explorer now it works every time.
