I can't get the date of my donations of clothes to enter it keeps saying I didn't enter or entered wrong?

Use the Chrome browser on a computer or mobile device.  Go to settings and clear browser history for all time.  Then login to TurboTAx

 

1. Delete the charitable donation form
2. On the left panel pick Tax Tools
3. Tools
4. Delete a Form
5. Find your form and delete it

Now go back to Charitable Donations and enter your clothing donation again.  This will have removed any error that was on the form.
