I can't efile my Massachusetts form because Turbo Tax wants me to change my Health info. I have Federal BCBS. I DON'T get a 1099HC. There is no subscriber number.

I live in Massachusetts and my personal experience with the subscriber number is that it is either the ID number or the policy number on your health insurance card. I dont know if this will help you but just wanted to let you know.
