i am unable to put the actual date i became the owner of my vehicle

TURBO is asking for the day i became the owner of my vehicle. when i put the date, it tells me to enter a date that was on! or before the date i started using this vehicle!

After all of the yes and no questions you are required to put in the VIN number.

On that screen it asks Date Clean Vehicle Placed In Service
You will have had to have owned the vehicle on this date or earlier.
