I am trying to input real estate taxes. System insists on going though charitable donations. I do not want to do that part now. What to do?

Just click up on the Federal Taxes tab, and then on the deductions tab and choose the section you want to work on.

Try signing out again and logging back in:

 

1) Select federal from your left navigational pane.

 

2) Go to deductions and credits> select all tax breaks:

 

3) Select Your Home>show more

 

4)  Select Property (Real Estate) Taxes Select start

 

See if this will take you there directly without answering questions about charitable contributions.

 

 

 

 

 

Called Turbo helper. Learned that there was a problem in program. A patch/fix is in process of being installed by Turbo. With help from Turbo was able to input data after a burdensome journey through all items in Charitable Contributions.
