I am still working and have a health savings account. My husband is retired and on medicare. Can I pay his medical expenses from my HSA?

My husband was on Medicare all of 2017.

Yes, you can use HSA to pay for your husband's eligible medical expenses. He can also contribute to your HSA even if he is on Medicare.

Note - you cannot reimburse his Medicare premiums tax-free until you as the HSA account owner, turn 65.

I knew I could not use my HSA to pay his Medigap premiurm, but it can't be used for his Medicare Part B premium or his Part D premium either (I am not 65)? Also, he can't contribute to his own HSA, but he could contribute to mine?
