I am on Medicare and have a supplement plan. Answered "Yes" to whether I had plan, but when asked what type of plan I am enrolled in it won't let me continue.

If you had Medicare all year in 2018 then all you have to say is that you had healthcare coverage all year.  The next question about "less common plans" should be answered NO.   Then you are done.
