I am in Sales and I am buying a deer hunt for a customer, can I write that bill off?

The IRS rules for deducting entertainment as a business expense are quite specific.  Not knowing your personal situation, I'd recommend that you review Section 2, "Entertainment", in IRS Publication 463 to determine what portion, if any, of your purchase is deductible.  Additionally, you may want to seek the assistance of a tax professional.  The publication is linked below.
