I am being given $1 Foreign Tax Credit. Because of this, I need to pay $79 to upgrade. I don't want this credit and don't know how to remove. Can someone please help?

Not sure where this came from at all. Never had this before.

Check your 1099 INT, 1099 DIV and see if there is an Amount in Box 6 of the 1099 INT, or Box 7 of the 1099 DIV. If you see it listed in the forms, remove it.

Also, if you received a K-1, check the form to see if a Foreign Tax is listed on the form.

That worked! I had $0.55 in field 7 on 1099-DIV.
