I am a travel nurse with a tax home, that is given a meal/lodging stipend. Do I need to report that as income?

If the per diem stipend is shown on your W-2 as part of your wages, you don't need to report it separately.

If you are paid on a 1099, you can claim the per diem income and offsetting expenses on a Schedule C for self-employment.
