I am a Full Time W2 employee and started working part time in real estate in 2022, can I deduct expenses?

I did not receive a1099Misc because I have not made any sale during 2022 but can I deduct related expenses? if I can should I file a schedule C with the TurboTax Premeir version? Any pointers would be appreciated.

Yes. If you were actively working part-time in real estate, you can claim ordinary and necessary business expenses even if you had no income.

For an overview of general expenses see The ultimate guide to tax deductions for the self-employed.

You can file Schedule C in Premier, however, Premier Online will not let you deduct any expenses. TurboTax Self-Employed is better for your situation.
