I accidentally clicked Yes on vehicle registration for tax breaks, how do I reverse it so I can click No

At the screen Enter your car registration fees, are you able to click the garbage can symbol to the right of the box labeled Amount?

If not, under Tax Tools / Tools / Delete a form, are you able to delete Schedule A?

For some states, the total amount of your registration fee isn't deductible, just the portion that the state charged you for taxes based on the value of your vehicle.
