HSA Reimbursement Help

If you paid for a medical expense out of pocket do you have to wait until you have the full amount you paid out of pocket to reimburse yourself or can you reimburse yourself a 100.00 at a time if you wanted until it equals out to what you paid out of pocket?

You can do it either way.

Many HSA custodians charge a fee for making a reimbursement payment to you instead of the payment being made to the medical provider, say, by using an associated debit card, so you might want to limit the number of reimbursements you obtain payable to yourself.  Money from the HSA can be used to cover any out-of-pocket qualified medical expenses incurred anytime after the HSA was established.

Luckily, my provider doesn't charge a fee as long as it is transferred electronically to the bank
