Foreign taxes paid are entered on Form 1116.

Enter foreign tax paid in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on the Magnifying Glass.  Click on Jump to foreign tax paid

The income was reported on a 1099-DIV that came from their US HQ.  Bock 7 shows foreign tax paid.  It was a small amount.

Here are the steps to entering foreign tax paid for the Foreign Tax Credit:

  1. Make sure you've entered all your foreign income.
  2. From within your return, search for foreign tax credit and select the Jump to link in the search results.
  3. Answer Yes to Did you pay foreign taxes in 2019 or have credits to use from a prior year?
  4. Follow the instructions to get the credit or deduction.

I am attaching the TurboTax Help Article on this, as it includes additional details:  Entering Foreign Taxes Paid in TurboTax
