How to delete mortgage name and interest amount from form 1040?

To delete your mortgage name and interest:

  • Go to Federal > Deductions & Credits
  • Under Your tax breaks, click Edit next to Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance (Form 1098)
  • Then click the trash can to delete.
