@jonathan-01

What do you mean?    Which country's return do you need to prepare, or both?    Are you a US citizen?

This is the USA TurboTax community forum.    Did you start a US tax return by mistake at the US TurboTax website when you needed to start a Canadian return at the TurboTax Canada website?    If so, you'd have to start a return at the TurboTax Canada website.

Here's the TurboTax Canada website:
https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax-software/index.jsp

And here's the community forum for Canada if you need help:
https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/tax-help

If that's not what you meant, then you need to explain in enough detail that we can tell what you are doing and need to know.

Customer lives in US and did reset password and it set up a Canadian account instead of a US account.

You need to use the TurboTax link for the US tax returns.  US TurboTax Official Site

In the box at the top of the  page you can enter your ID and Password, or Reset your ID or Password, or Set up a New Account.

Can I link US and Canada accounts?

No, you would have to set up a separate account for US and/or Canada.

I already have 2 just wanted to know if I could either Link them or make it where it's Easily accessible, Everytime I login to one it'll mess with the other and then I'd have to go through verify and often it turns out the wrong one

It seems like the system confused between the 2 accounts, it's really frustrating, if you can think of anything that could help please I'd really appreciate it:)

I don't see how making an entry in one online program would affect the other one, but I can see that both programs do look alike. To make sure that you're working in the correct country's program for Canada the url (address at the top of the screen) would include .turbotaxonline.intuit.ca  and for the US version it would include .turbotaxonline.intuit.com.

The Canadian website is easy to spot because of the red maple leaf symbol on every screen. So if you log in and you want the US version and you see the red maple leaf close down and login to the correct account. The US and Canadian will never and can never be merged or combined in any way. Write down your username and password for each program so you remember which one to use with which program.

Delete any Intuit-related cookies and clear your browser Internet cache.

Close your browser and reopen it.

Or use a private browser window (private browsing, incognito mode, etc.) each time you go to the TurboTax Canada website.
