How to add child with ITIN to dependents?

Hello! I have a daughter which is not a US citizen and she doesn't have SSN. However, she has an ITIN.
I know that I cannot get child tax credit for her, but it is possible to get "Other dependents" credit. The question is - how exactly can I do it with TurboTax app?
I've found this answer: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/re-hello-i-request-an-amended-refund-to-add-my-daughter-as-dependant-of-me-i-m-alien-residant/01/1995422/highlight/true#M718801

But it just says "edit dependent info".
The only way I can do that is:
1. Select "Other person"
2. Check "US citizen or legal resident"
3. Continue -> Input ITIN (into SSN field)

What concerns me is "relation" field on 1040 form - looks like it will state "other" instead of "daughter".  Is there a way to fix that on filing the return? If not, is it critical what is written there? I have "daughter" written in that field in my last year's return.

You should use daughter as the relationship. ITINs always have a 9 as the first digit, so the program will be able to tell the difference and file accordingly.
