How do you file a spouse's tax return who is in the hospital with covid19?

So sorry that your wife is in the hospital.  Wishing her a speedy recovery.  The IRS & States have extended the filing of tax returns & paying taxes owed until July 15, 2019.  If you don't have all her information hopefully she will be out soon so you can get it from her.

 

If you have all her information & she agrees to file a joint return, you can file a joint return with both of your information.
