How do i void my taxes? So i can get a second look

If you have already filed it is too late to stop the transmission.   

 

Otherwise you can either just let the account go dormant  or  clear your entries ...  

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

My Federal and State tax filings were rejected by both entities.  I need more help than the knowledge I currently have.  How do I pay (VISA) the $30 fee for this additional assistance?
