How do I report income earned when I worked for a foreign company in Colombia. Considering I worked online and I didn´t travel outside the usa to perform this work?

Nothing special. You don't have any foreign earned income. All of your income was earned by working in the U.S. The fact you worked for a foreign company doesn't matter.

But more than likely you were not paid as an employee of that company. Instead you were hired as a contractor to provide product or services to that company. Therefore the IRS would consider that income to be self-employment income that gets reported on SCH C as a part of your personal 1040 tax return.

Thank you for the advice: I have a similar situation and was debating whether to use Schedule C or not.
