How do I report foreign tax paid on inherited foreign property sale?

I inherited a foreign property in India in 2014 and it was sold in 2018. I paid Indian taxes on my share of the income that was generated. How should I report the foreign taxes (in India) paid? There is a section for entering the tax information but that is for US taxes. Thanks!

You can enter foreign taxes paid in the Deductions and Credit section of TurboTax under Foreign Taxes. This will enable you to get either additional itemized deductions or a Foreign Tax Credit to offset US taxes owed.
