How do I report foreign income as a self-employed contractor?

I live outside of the U.S. and I am self-employed contractor. All of my clients are based outside of the U.S., so I do not have any 1099s for the work I've completed. How do I report this income on my tax return?

Yes, you may enter your total income as "General Income" under Business Income (see screenshot attached - click to enlarge). There is no need to list by customer, simply enter the grand total.
