How do I Remove the Form 4684 Casualty and Theft worksheet?

Follow the below steps to remove the "Form 4684 Casualty and Theft" from your return:

1. Log into your account and select "continue my return"
2. Once in the return, click on "My Account" 
3. click on "Tools"
4. click on "Delete a Form"
5. A list of all forms currently being used for your return will appear. Scroll down the list and locate Form 4684     
6. Click delete directly next to the form. Confirm that you want the form deleted

Note: if you do not see Form 4684, see if there are any other forms or worksheet with the words "Identity Theft" and delete it. 

If after completing the above steps the problem still continues, log out of your account, clear your cookies and cache, restart your browser and try again.
