How do I remove the Foreign Tax Credit. TurboTax automatically added a paltry $7 foreign tax credit to my form and won't let me finish unless I upgrade which costs more

I am assuming it came from dividends. Go back to the 1099-DIV and remove the foreign taxes.

Yes, I had found that thank you. Although why TurboTax wouldn't alert me that is poor.  Why take a $7 credit that TurboTax requires $89 to process??????
