How do I list a refinanced home equity loan?

I paid off a Home Equity loan with an increased amount new home equity loan. How do I list it for interest deduction?

Home equity interest, if it is deductible, should be reported on a 1098 and entered into TurboTax in the same place as mortgage interest.
