How do I inform IRS that there's been a court judgment and I no longer have to pay child support and back pay was cleared also because I'm in social security disability?

That information has to be provided to the IRS by the local agency that has been enforcing child support so they can change the records for offsetting your refunds.  You cannot do that yourself.

TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund.

NOTE: You can contact the IRS Treasury Offset Program Call Center at 1-800-304-3107 to ask if they have an offset for you on file. TurboTax would not have that information.

if you file a request for extension of time to file,

you can wait till Oct 15 to see if the IRS records are updated by then.
