How do I get past the childcare expense screen? It’s saying for me to enter the correct information but I don’t know what’s wrong.

 

Do you mean you do not have any child care expenses to report this year?  If you have not filed, you can simply remove the Form 2441 Child and Dependent Care Expenses from the program.  In TurboTax online, here are steps:

 

 

1.  Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off

2.  To your left, Select Tax Tools/drop-down menu

3.  Select Tools

4.  Under Other helpful links, choose to Delete a form

5.  Select Delete next to Form 2441 and Continue with My Return to proceed
