How do I get back to the question that asked if I was an inmate or in a half way house?

That question is asked in several places. 
Please select the Deductions and Credits section and then look to see which deductions and credits have a Review button, rather than a Start button. Review means you were answering questions in those sections. It will be asked during the Earned Income Credit section and the Educational Credit sections.
