You can generate Form 8862 for the Earned Income Credit by taking the steps below:

1.) Federal

2.) Deductions & Credits

3.) You and Your Family

4.) Earned Income Credit

When you get to the screen that says Do any of these uncommon situations apply? Check the box I got a letter/notice from the IRS telling me to fill out an 8862 form to claim the Earned Income Credit.  Checking this box will start the series of questions that will generate Form 8862.

The other credits (American Opportunity Credit, Child Tax Credit, etc) will also have a question much like this one within their section in TurboTax if yours was not specifically for the Earned Income Credit.

If this does not resolve your question, please provide additional details below.
