How do i find my property id number on Minnesota form m1pr property tax refund?

Look on your property tax statement for something like: 58-0218-0920 or 31-0-018900 (these are just examples)

If you don't have this, call your county/city/local Property, Taxation, or Assessor's office for the ID.
