How do i enter non travel out of pocket expenses for charitable organiztion?

This, from IRS Publication 526, Charitable Contributions: 

Cash contributions and out-of-pocket expenses.   Enter your cash contributions, including out-of-pocket expenses, on Schedule A (Form 1040), line 16.  

To enter out-of-pocket contributions in Turbo Tax, 

1. Go to Deductions & Credits. 

2. Go down to Charitable Donations. 

3. Click Start or Update by Donations to Charity in 2016.
