How do I enter moving expenses for a PCS move? the amount was reported on my travel W2 and it asked me to do it again and doubled the amount. Is that correct?

No, the moving expenses should have been a Code P in Box 12 of your W2.  TurboTax automatically uses this amount for Moving Expenses so when you get to that section, you should only enter the expenses.  Look for the summary page below in the Moving Expenses section in Deductions & Credits.  If you have two entries, try to delete one.  If you do not, click on Review, and make sure you do not enter anything in the Government Reimbursement page.
