How do I enter information from 2 1099-S's? Our house & some acreage sold in 1 sale & the rest of the acreage sold in a 2nd sale. I have 2 1099-S's.

You can enter it all as one transaction, because the sale of land attached to your primary residence and sold within close proximity in time is all considered the sale of your primary residence.  Just add the numbers together.
