How do I deduct my self employment tax this year. it was on schedule 4 last year but not this year. thanks

This year Other Taxes are located on Schedule 2 Line 4.

It is noted as an adjustment to income on Schedule 1 Line 14

There is no Schedule 4 this year 

it should automatically flow to the proper schedule.  do not reenter it.
